• Set-up: Set-up provided with delivery - Extra fee applies

• Notes: Standard delivery (to your door) is free with any mattress. Set-up of new mattress and removal of old mattress are both available with Gold delivery service ($79-$119). Higher-priced delivery options include set-up of adjustable bases and deliveries involving more than 3 flights of stairs.

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 120 days (after 21 day minimum trial).
• Fees: $100 return delivery fee + 10-20% restocking fee (10% for exchanges, 20% for returns)
• Notes: Sleep Trial terms do not apply to clearance, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories. Return policy is not available in Tennessee, and is not available for Cal King sizes except in California. See store for details.

Lowest price guarantee

• Policy: Store will match any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 120 days after purchase.
• Notes: Valid for any advertised price (excluding closeouts, auctions, used, etc.) within 120 days of purchase on the same or comparable mattress, whether at Mattress Firm or another store. Just bring the ad (print or online) to a Mattress Firm store.
